Authorise or decline a trip request

As an assigned Authoriser, you have the responsibility to approve or decline travel requests, submitted by Travellers and Travel Arrangers.

1. To authorise or decline a trip request, from the Dashboard open the relevant trip in the Pending Authorisation state

2. Select one of the following options:

  • Authorise the trip request by clicking Authorise
  • Decline the trip request request by clicking Decline Travel (you will need to provide a reason)
  • Send a message to the traveller/travel arranger by clicking Discuss

NOTE: Once an action is confirmed, the Traveller and/or Travel Arranger will receive email notifications about the next steps.
