Create / Edit / Deactivate Policy Groups

Policy Group governs the policy configurations within the booking tool.

Note(s):

  • When an account is first created there are no Policy Groups
  • Policy Groups are only relevant for the Locomote CBT
    • Policy Group is a mandatory field in a user's profile
  • To configure Policy Groups in uPolicy, contact your Travel Management Company 

OVERVIEW

To access the Policy Groups section:

1) Click Admin (account menu)

2) Click Policy Groups (left-hand menu)

  • Policy Groups can be searched by Name or by Code
  • Policy Groups data can be downloaded by clicking Export to CSV

CREATE

1) Click + Policy Group

2) Add Name 

3) Add Code

4) Click Save

EDIT

1) Click Edit next to the Policy Group name

2) Add changes

3) Click Save

DEACTIVATE

1) Click the State slider bar next to the Policy Group name to Inactive

2) Click Proceed
