Assign Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups to (Individual) Profiles

Company Administrators have the ability to assign Authorisers, Risk Authorisers, Travel Arrangers and (Traveller/Authoriser) Groups to profiles.

Travel Arrangers have the ability to assign Authorisers, Risk Authorisers, Travel Arrangers and (Traveller/Authoriser) Groups to profiles that they are assigned to.

Add Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups

1. If you are a Company Administrator, click the User Avatar, then click View Profiles

2. Click Edit next to the profile you need to update:

3. Click on the Assignments tab:

4. Type in the name(s) of the Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups want to add to your profile.

5. Once you have added the name(s), click Update Assignments.

The assignments have now been Saved to the traveller's profile. 

Remove Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups

1. If you are a Company Administrator, click the User Avatar, then click View Profiles

2. Click Edit next to the profile you need to update:

3. Click on the Assignments tab:

4. Click on the 'x' icon next to the name(s) to delete them from the Role Type field box:

5. Once you have removed the name(s), click Update Assignments.
