Country Risk module

The Country Risk module leverages data directly from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs & Trading (DFAT) and displays a risk rating notification for each country the traveller is visiting. 7) Click Save to update your changes.

*The threshold that you select will trigger a risk authorisation process for that threshold and above.

IMPORTANT NOTE(S)

In order for the Risk Approval process to be successful, the Traveller needs to have a Risk Authoriser assigned to their profile:

Therefore, when a Traveller / Travel Arranger submits a trip request the user will be advised of the risk rating of the destination via the Country Risk module:

Once the trip request has been submitted - and risk authorisation is required - an email will be sent to the Risk Authoriser assigned to the Traveller's profile:

The Risk Authoriser will then log into Locomote and review the trip request
