How do I change the trip status to Booking Complete?

As a Travel Management Company, the ability to manage the booking process on behalf of the traveller is easy. 

Updating a booking status is no different and can be achieved in a couple of mouse clicks.

1) Login to the Locomote Travel Management Platform (TMP) and from the Dashboardclick on the Pending Booking tab

This will display current trips under the Pending Booking status. Select the trip you require. 

2) The platform will direct you to the Quotes section of the selected trip request. Click Mark as Booked

3) Selecting Marked as Booked will complete the booking and move the trip along and automatically send out email notifications to the required parties, notifying them of the trip status update.
