Reset password (when not logged in)

As a new user, you will need to reset your password. This is the same process that you would use if as an existing user, you have forgotten your password and are unable to login.
NOTE: Your organisation may use a subdomain, e.g.
2) Click the Forgot Password? link

3) Enter your username, complete the CAPTCHA (a security measure) and click Reset Password.

NOTE: An email containing instructions on how to set your password will be sent to the email address linked to your Locomote account

4) Access the email account linked to your Locomote profile and find the recently sent email from Locomote.

5) Click the Reset your password link

5) Enter your new password twice, conforming to the password guidelines, then click Update Password

6) This will successfully reset your password and enable you access into the Locomote platform.
